This letter informs you that Ferrara Candy Company is voluntary recalling its Brach’s Assorted Sugar Heart Box (SweeTart Hearts, Nerds, Laffy Taffy), with a case UCC (100 41420 04965 8) and a package UPC (0 41420 04965 1) (“Brach’s Heart Box”). Pictures of the Brach’s Heart Box are attached to this letter. 

We are initiating this recall because the ingredient statement for Laffy Taffy on the outer carton of the Brach’s Heart Box is incorrect, with the result that multiple ingredients including, but not limited to, Red No. 40 and Blue No. 1 are not declared for the Laffy Taffy component.
