Set the Bar High When It Comes to Your Happy Hour Menu

Food promotions have grown more important during happy hour. 41% of guests seek bars craving great food and 57% are encouraged by discounted appetizers.1

Limited time offers (LTOs) are a great way to test out a new menu item and bring in new customers to your business. 59% of consumers say they visited a restaurant they don’t usually go to, just to try a LTO3. Fries are one of the most profitable items on your menu (Source – let me know if you can’t find it), so you can offer a discounted price and still turn over a profit!

With fries increasing as an appetizer4 and 83% of guests interested in larger shareable fry dishes5, fries are a great platform to try something different, like a topped and loaded shareable!

For example, fries loaded with pulled pork, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce. Or tots tossed in truffle oil, herbs and topped with melted cheese.

37% of guests seek out restaurant deals and promotions more often now than two years ago6. So, give your guests something new to share during their social hour and keep them coming back for more!
